Lou, you know Robert was always a very special person to Sue, Ann, and me. He was the first person from "the bldg" we met! Our unforgettable interview was in the Bronx while Robert was attending his niece's soccer game. Sue and I were in a panic! We were late due to an accident on the Sprain and our minds were reeling with thoughts of snobby Manhattan co-op boards reactions to lateness. Bob's smiling put an end to our fears and a new chapter in our life began. Just nothing but fond memories from that day to serving on the board together to bring cabana neighbors. I really want to share some words from Hospice grief counseling "look at all the years you shared," Be thankful! You've enjoyed more than most!" (53 yrs with my best friend for me) and the way you cared for Robert there can be no woulda, coulda, shoulda's. "Peace," she said, "rather than closing the book, be open to the next chapter you never know how fate will reward you for the execlementary way you cared for the love of your life." Know our thoughts and prayers will be of Robert while traveling throughout Israel Nelson
