Loving Presence

Growing up and spending time with Dona Carmen and Don Felix are some of my warmest memories. Her open doors and open heart always made me feel welcomed. She was a steady presence, had a quiet wisdom, a funny sense of humor and made the most delicious food....especially her beans...I think of her sofrito whenever I try to make it! Her love and the love from her beautiful family will always be with me and with my family. Gracias Dona Carmen. Muchos besos y abrazos siempre. I love you. Debbie Domenech and Family.
