He was the co-Chair of our Community Advisory Council and a true friend. No one cared more about his community or his family.

Condolence: To the Oddo family - my husband, Benny knew Joe and family a long time as my husband is from San Fratello and he and Joe would meet in the neighborhood when they were walking or on Crosby Avenue. Joe will be missed as he always had a smile and a story to share. Rest in Peace Joe and our condolences to the your family.

Condolence: Joe's passing will leave a huge empty space in our community and in my heart. I will miss his passion and efforts to make our community a wonderful place for all of us to live.
