Heavenly Father, we thank you for the days of earthly life that you blessed Anthony with, the grace you gave to him in Jesus Christ, for his adoption and rebirth in Holy Baptism, for sustaining him through your Word and your Holy Meal and for all of the good that he was permitted to give and to receive. We entrust him to your mercy and pray for the sustaining comfort of the Holy Spirit; through Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the same Holy Spirit, one God now and forever. Amen God's peace be with all those friends and loved ones who morn the loss of Anthony from their midst.
