Condolence: Aunt Mary was indeed the "matriarch" of the family. She was a strong woman and I have many childhood memories sitting at her kitchen table listening to all she had to say! Perhaps all the LaVia's are at a table playing cards above us. We love you and will miss you.

Condolence: Aunt Mary - a one-of-a-kind member of our family, now reunited with Uncle Joe, and seeing God face to face. I will always cherish my memories of the times we spent together. I will miss "busting her chops" and giving her dollar bills to go to McDonald's for a hamburger, as well as her witty retorts. The end of an era has come on my father's side of the family with the sad news of Aunt Mary's passing. She was the "Matriarch" in my opinion and I love her. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace.
