I remember Abuela's surprise "90th" birthday party and how she was surprised by my cousin Junior "appearing" from another room while she was talking on the phone with him, thinking that he was in Florida. She began crying and shaking when she saw him. (In retrospect, not a good "trick" to play on a 90 year old lady). It was a great day where she was surrounded by her children, grandchildren and some of her great grandchildren. The greatest laugh had by all was when we the cake was brought out and she said "I'm NOT 90 yet"...I think we celebrated "90" about 3 years in a row. Rest in peace Abuela....you were one of a kind.
