We the children of Carlos and Gladys Umpierre extend our deepest condolences to the Lugo family on the loss of their beloved Andy. We are very saddened by the news of his passing. The friendship shared by Andy's parents and ours for so many years was a blessing, and we fondly recall the many special occasions spent with Andy, his parents and sisters. From as far back as we can remember, Andy's smile would light up a room. He was kind, lovable, thoughtful, respectful and always a gentleman.
