Condolence: Words can not come close to expressing how sad this makes me. John was a fixture in the neighborhood.
Growing up he always looked out for us and we loved going into the store for our "quarter waters" and the best sandwiches in the neighborhood.
John gave me a lot of advice when I was younger that helped me in many ways. I will always think fondly of him and miss him.
