He was a Korean-War veteran, an adventurous and funny guy, with many stories to tell, a loving family man, and a strong man. He went through a lot, and we remember him for treating us all with respect, a good homeliness, and compassion. I will always miss him, whether it be from when I was very young, or recently, when he'd tell me some stories, or we'd watch the news, or have a conversation. Things will never be the same, but I am very grateful for every minute I was able to see you. You serve as my role model and as my best friend, I will remember and do my best to carry on your memory, in physical remnants and in legacy. May you rest in peace with Christ almighty, God the father, and his angels, in the limitless joy and grandness of heaven. I will miss you, grandpa.
