I served with Nigel Pack on the Chung-Hoon. Working aboard had its ups and downs, but he was the type to make any situation better. His smile was one of those small things in life that made me feel like everything was going to be okay, no matter how hard the day was. He was a gentle and loveable soul, and he will not be forgotten.

My condolences to the family.

He was such a great man who I enjoyed working with while stationed with him onboard the USS Chung-Hoon. He always picked up the moral and a “go to” when you needed to be picked up while having a rough day. Very knowledgeable and would always go out of his way to assist others in training or help them get qualified. He will be missed greatly by all who crossed paths with him and will be a guiding light for his family. Rest easy brother, we have the watch. ❤️
