Obituary for Lorraine Nugent
Lorraine Stephens, 69, of Bronx, New York, died Tuesday, October 20, 2020. She was the loving wife of James Nugent, with whom she shared 23 years of marriage.
Born in New York City, New York, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Antoinette (Boggio) Lorento.
Lorriane was a commodore at the Morrisania Yacht Club in the Bronx, president of Morris Park AAPR, a member of the Red Hat Society, and she was a big help to local city councils, especially working with the seniors.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brother, Anthony Lorento of Bronx, New York.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 10:30 AM at The Church of Saint Benedict. Interment will follow at Saint Raymond's Cemetery.
