Herminia (Rosa) Chinea, 90, of Buena Vista Township, passed away on December 31, 2018 at her daughter's home. Herminia was born in Naranjito, Puerto Rico to the late Santo and Epifania Rosa. She moved to the Bronx, New York where she remained a longtime resident before moving to Richland, NJ in 2006 to live with her daughter Ruth. She enjoyed spending time with her family, walking, shopping but especially loved babysitting her grandchildren and friends and the neighborhood children too. She is survived by her two daughters, Ruth Torres and Carol Arias; brother, Jesus Rosa Estrada; grandchildren, Joseph (Jennifer), Steven (Michele), James (OMayra), John (Lea), Melissa (Melvin Montalban), William and Ariana; great-grandchildren, Devin, Breanna, James Jr., Nayda, William III, Evelynn, Alexis, Adrien, Caelynn, Aiden, Madelynn and Raelynn Dakota; great-great-grandchildren, Dakota and Alana and many nieces and nephews, friends and extended family. Herminia was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Ramon Chinea and her daughters, Maria and Paula; two granddaughters, Kristina and Sara and her great-grandson Jose Thomas. There will be also be a visitation in the Bronx's, NY on Monday, January 7, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm and again on Tuesday morning from 9am to 10am followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am from Sisto Funeral Home, 3489 E Tremont Avenue, Bronx. Interment will follow in St Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
