Glenn Wayne Anderson was born to the late Joyce,Jean Anderson and Gabriel Turley on August 2nd,1958 in Manhattan, New York. Glenn was the fourth born of five children. He attended William Howard Taft High School and went on to work maintenance as well as floor machine operation.Glenn could find a way to infuse laughter and joy into just about any space whether he was making a joke or cutting a rug on the dance floor at a family gathering. He was an avid lover of music, a self-proclaimed movie and television buff—game shows were his favorite! Most of all, though, Glenn loved his family.On Sunday, May 9th, 2021, God called the loving spirit of Glenn home to eternal rest. Although he is no longer physically present, his memory remains in the hearts and minds of all who knew and loved him.Glenn was preceded in death by his grandmother,Marguerite, his parents, Joyce and Gabriel, his brother-in-law, William, and his nephew, Lawrence.Glenn is survived by the mother of his children, Shari;two children, Shaniqua and Glenn; one son-in-law,Joseph; three beautiful grandchildren, Allure, Allyse, and Joseph III; four sisters, Laureen, Linda, LaVerne, and Lisa; two brothers-in-law, Robert and Alfredo; twelve nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and lifelong friends
