Gladys was born in Puerto Rico. She moved to NYC in her early teens and grew up in the Bronx. She loved to have fun, sing, dance, cook, and salsa music. Most of all, she loved her family and dear friends. She loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. Many of her days were happily spent singing songs from great salsa legends. She loved her Puerto Rican culture. Some of her favorite things were the color red, reading poetry, and spending time with her family and friends. She was full of love for everyone and always had a smile on her face. We love and miss you forever, Mami Linda.
