Daniel Gerard, age 31 of Bronx, NY, passed away on April 24th, 2019 surrounded by his loved ones. Danny had been battling Batten Disease since the age of 5. A true fighter, he exceeded doctors’ expectations and was an inspiration to those around him. Danny loved to laugh, eat and spend time with family. He is survived by his mother, Nadia, and brother, Jeff. His wake will be held at Sisto funeral home on Sunday, April 28 from 2-5pm and 7-9 PM.
