Cieri attended Hunter College (CUNY) and then later graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute in 1970. Frank is a past president of the Metropolitan Funeral Directors Association. He is currently Region C Director with New York State Funeral Directors Association. He has been active in the funeral industry since the age of 10, where he worked with his uncle starting with little jobs and later rising to the position of managing the day to day operations.

He became actively involved after the death of John Sisto, Sr. in 1997. John attended and graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in 1999. John is involved with the day to day operation of the funeral home as well as being involved with community affairs.
