Annie worked as a secretary at the New York Times, was a stay at home mom ( a job that she loved) and when the children were grown, worked as a sales lady at RH Macy's at Herald Square.

She was a devout Catholic and loved the saying the rosary and receiving Communion.
She sang for many years in the Most Precious Blood choir with her dear friend Agnes.

She loved opera, ballet, going to Broadway shows and watching the Miss America pageant on TV ( with she and Roseann discussing the merits of each contestant and more often than not, her predicting the winner). She also loved playing cards ( RUMMY) , bingo ( a champion) and doing the Jumble.

Her favorite color was Blue and she loved wearing perfume ( Raffinee and Jungle Gardenia in the past and most recently, White Diamonds.

Chocolate was her favorite treat and she would eat a Hershey's chocolate bar every night, except when she had the special gifts of Godiva and the largest box of Whitman Chocolate Sampler.

She was a loyal friend and a devoted grandma to her three granddaughters, Catherine, Diana and Elizabeth or "Grannie" to her grandson, Gregory.

Annie was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. February 9, 2018 will always be a sad day in our hearts but a Joyous one for all in heaven who welcome her.
